Chase, formerly Bank One, maintains support of DPO
The recent change in the ownership of Bank One by Chase has not changed the financial institution’s pivotal role as a participating member in the life of the community.
“Chase is pleased to sponsor the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra’s SuperPops concert series for the fourth year in a row,” Chase Dayton President Brad Tidwell states. “Chase and its predecessor organizations have been a significant participant in the commercial and civic life of Dayton and the Miami Valley for over 190 years.”
In 2003, the bank began sponsorship of the DPO’s SuperPops Series, musical programs that are the finest of their kind in the region, featuring a roster chosen for drama, variety, and sheer showbiz flair. The Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra carefully selects all SuperPops concerts to appeal to a wide variety of tastes, while offering a high level of performance talent and overall artistic quality.
“The officers and employees of Chase are proud to be associated with this wonderful performing arts group,” Tidwell points out, “and we look forward to our partnership in what we know will be another terrific concert series.
