Children’s Traveling Opera

Children’s Traveling Opera (CTO) is an award-winning and nationally renowned program providing students in grades 3–6 with the opportunity to participate in their own mini-opera production. Students are selected to pantomime and act various roles in Barber of Seville with a professional singer and a keyboard accompanist. Volunteers from the Guild coach the young actors backstage as the colorful plot progresses. More information is available on the Opera Guild of Dayton website.
