COVID-19 Ticket Guarantee

Starting November 22, 2021, and in partnership with our venue Dayton Live, proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test, ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED to attend in-person events. Masks are still required for patrons ages six and up while in our venues, except when actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. You can read the full announcement here.

In the event you are uncomfortable with the new health and safety policies, you may select any of the following options beginning 30 days before your ticketed performance.

Exchange your tickets.

Exchange your Dayton Performing Arts Alliance tickets to any performance in our series, with the exception of Special Events and The Nutcracker.

Receive a refund.

Refunds and credits will be available to anyone who chooses not to attend due to the updated venue policies. The Box Office recommends requesting a refund no sooner than 30 days before the performance in question (as conditions and policies may change).

Ticket holders must request refunds no later than one week before the performance. If a patron decides to cancel a season subscription and receive a refund or credit, they will lose their current seat selection. We cannot guarantee seating and package availability for future events or subscription series.

Put the value of your tickets on your account.

 The Box Office can put your funds on account for future use during the 2021-22 season.

Donate the value of your tickets to the DPAA.

Your tax-deductible donation today means that the next time you join us for a Ballet, Opera, or Philharmonic performance, we will be here to share the joy of live performances with you once more as a healthy, vibrant, and financially secure organization. Patrons who donate $100 or higher receive access to our DPAA Virtual Streams Memberships
