A highly sought-after young artist, Logan Wagner, grew up in Villa Hills, Kentucky. Mr. Wagner has been praised for his versatility as a performer, finding a home in opera, musical theatre, and stage acting. He has impressed audiences with his physicality and expressive stage skills. An advocate for contemporary opera, Wagner has originated multiple roles with Cincinnati Opera’s Opera Fusion: New Works. Logan has sung with various opera houses and symphonies across the U.S. including the New World Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony, Dayton Philharmonic, WNO in Concert, and Hilton Head Symphony. Recent career highlights include Brother (Seven Deadly Sins with Wolf Trap Opera), Clarence Elkins (Blind Injustice with PEAK Performances/PBS), Beadle Bamford (Sweeney Todd with Dayton Opera), Marcellus/Second Gravedigger (Hamlet with CSO/Opéra Comique), Timothy Laughlin (Fellow Travelers with CCM), Monostatos (The Magic Flute with Utah Festival Opera), and Padre (Man of La Mancha with Utah Festival Opera). Wagner is an alum of the Des Moines Metro Opera Apprentice Program and the Wolf Trap Opera Studio. In the summer of 2025, Wagner will join the prestigious Santa Fe Opera Apprentice Program. Recently, he was named the Grand Prize Winner at the Corbett Competition, Finalist in the Lotte Lenya Competition, 2nd Place in the Rochester Oratorio Vocal Competition, and 3rd Place in the Orpheus Competition. In 2024, Mr. Wagner was nominated for “Best Performance” by Broadway World for his portrayal of Timothy Laughlin in Fellow Travelers. He holds a Master’s degree from CCM and is currently in the Artist Diploma program there.
